Watermelon Coconut Yum with Hawaii Balsamic Mango Balsamic
Serves 4
3 cups seedless watermelon
1/4 cup fresh, dry or toasted coconut (i Like to use a combination of them)
2 or more tablespoons of Hawaii Balsamics Mango Balsamic
1. Cut up 3 cups seedless watermelon into bite size pieces.
2. Add 1/4 cup dried flake, fresh or dry toasted coconut. ( I like to use a combination of both toasted and dry flake)
3. Toss and serve in a desert bowls
4. Drizzle each bowl with Hawaii Balsamics Mango Balsamic to taste. Enjoy... Yum!
